The two have not been together for several ‘months,’ according to PageSix. They were last spotted together in public at the Met Gala in NYC in May, which also happened to be their first red carpet appearance together.
A source overheard the Batman Begins actress telling a friend at La Esquina in NYC recently: ‘What Jamie does is his business — we haven’t been together for months.’

Apparently it was Holmes who initiated the split, according to Us Weekly’s sources.
Both Foxx and Holmes’ reps have yet to respond to requests for comment.
This comes after Foxx was spotted leaving a Los Angeles nightclub at 2 a.m. on Saturday with 21-year-old singer Sela Vave.
Some sources have said he is just aiding the young singer professionally.
The Oscar-winning actor doubles as a record producer and a People insider described Sela as ‘just a girl he’s helping out.’
On August 9 Sela posted a photo to Instagram where she was with Foxx at a party in the Hamptons. The caption read, ‘That moment when you realize your on stage with @bep @rundmc @iamjamiefoxx and so many other icons while @bonjovi is singing #livingonaprayer #thehamptons were lit!!’
