More trouble looms at NYA; Board members fingered in ‘chop chop’

There is more trouble looming at the National Youth Authority (NYA) as some board members have been fingered making huge monetary demands from Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Emmanuel Sin-nyet Asigri.

According to the leaked Whatsapp chats from these implicated board members available to MyNewsGh.com, they were demanding amounts ranging between GH¢200,000 and GH¢300,000 which they termed “mega package”.

One of such chats sighted by this portal specifically makes demands between GH¢200,000 and GH¢300,000 they said would be appropriate to cater for two years of reparations,

According to a thread of chats, the incessant demands channeled through the Chairperson of the NYA Board, Francisca Oteng Mensah was in furtherance to a discussion held with the CEO who has been pressured to resign.

The leaked messages implicating some of these 15-member Board comes at a time Emmanuel Sin-nyet Asigri has been directed by the Chief of Staff, Akosua Frema Osei Opare after a meeting last Friday, August 30, 2019 to abdicate his position.

Meanwhile, other leaked classified official documents available to MyNewsGh.com reveal that there are some underhand dealings involving board members believed to have masterminded the supposed resignation of the CEO.
