Juventus are reportedly eyeing a triple swoop on Manchester United with the Italian champions ‘considering moves for David de Gea, Eric Bailly and Nemanja Matic’ next summer.
The Turin-based side have history of targeting Premier League players near the end of their contracts having picked up Aaron Ramsey from Arsenal for free this summer.
But according to Gazzetta Dello Sport, attention will turn to United and whether they can steal a march on rivals with players such as De Gea free to discuss with clubs outside the Premier League as early as January.

De Gea remains United’s No 1, despite a difficult start to the new season. The Spaniard could depart come next summer given he is yet to sign a new long-term deal.
Bailly picked up a serious injury in pre-season against Tottenham and has been out recovering.
But following the arrival of England international Harry Maguire – and the belief that Axel Tuanzebe can become a regular in years to come – Bailly could find first-team opportunities limited on his return.

As for Matic, he has fallen down the pecking order under Solskjaer and has seen rising star Scott McTominay preferred to him in the opening matches.
The 31-year-old did play a part in the 1-1 draw at Southampton but has gone on to insists there is ‘no problem’ between him and Solskjaer over the omissions.
While away on international duty with Serbia, Matic said: ‘In the first two or three games he (Solskjaer) determined the team without me.
‘I work as hard as I can, we respect the decision, it is mine to show him that he was wrong and to bring me back to where I belong.
‘There is no problem. I told him I disagreed with him, but that he had to decide the team.’
