Nelly has settled a sexual assault lawsuit after reaching an agreement out of court with his accuser.
The 44-year-old rapper was sued by an English woman for allegedly sexually assaulting her after a 2017 concert in Essex.
The accuser filed as Jane Doe and informed a federal judge Tuesday that she and Nelly recently settled the lawsuit, according to an article Wednesday by TMZ.

The terms of the settlement were confidential and neither side revealed whether money was involved.
The settlement also resolved claims against Nelly’s girlfriend Shantel Jackson, 35.
The lawsuit claimed Jackson lied when she dismissed Jane Doe as a liar.
Essex police started investigating Nelly, real name Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., in February 2018 after the female fan accused him of sexual assault after a concert in Southend in December 2017.

The woman said she didn’t go to police immediately because she didn’t think she’d be believed.
The accuser claimed that Nelly masturbated in front of her, tried to kiss her, and forced his penis into her mouth.
Nelly was arrested in October 2017 near Seattle on suspicion of second-degree rape after a woman alleged that he invited her onto his tour bus and raped her.

The rapper denied wrongdoing, was released from custody without charges and the King County Prosecutor’s Office in mid-December 2017 declined to file sexual assault charges against him.
The accuser after her initial report to police declined to assist authorities with the investigation and prosecution.
The St. Louis rapper has sold more than 22 million albums.
Nelly also has scored four number one singles with Hot In Herre, Shake Ya Tailfeather, Grillz, and his 2002 smash hit featuring Kelly Rowland, Dilemma.
