Manchester United are really struggling under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at the moment, having drawn 2-2 against Aston Villa on Sunday.
The Red Devils now sit ninth in the league after dropping the points at Old Trafford.
Jack Grealish opened the scoring after 11 minutes, but United came back to take the lead later in the game through a Tom Heaton own-goal and a Victor Lindelof header.
But two minutes after going 2-1 up, United found themselves level again after Tyrone Mings volleyed in from close range.
The draw means United have now only won four of their 14 Premier League games, and face an uphill battle to get into the top four.
More worryingly for the Red Devils was the fact that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer now has a win percentage of 23.7 per-cent in the Premier League since becoming permanent boss.
That’s worse than Unai Emery had during his time at Arsenal before being fired this week.
And Chelsea icon Craig Burley believes they need to cut their losses now and get rid of the Norwegian.
He explained on ESPN FC that they need to urgently look at ex-Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino.
The Argentine had been linked with the post at Old Trafford before Solskjaer was appointed, but stayed in north London instead.
Now, however, he is a free agent after being sacked, and Burley insisted United have to bring him in urgently.
“The longer they sit on their hands and say ‘no, we’re going to do it this way, we’re quite happy, we’ve got transfer windows coming up’, the managers out there that are free – Pochettino, Allegri, they’re going to waltz into other big jobs. I think United should go out and get something on paper, an agreement, with Pochettino.
