He’s one of the stars of the bug screen version of the musical Cats that opens in theatres on Friday.
But Idris Elba clearly isn’t feeling any pressure ahead of the highly anticipated movie’s debut.
On Sunday night, the British actor joined a handful of other celebrities courtside to watch the Los Angeles Lakers take on the Atlanta Hawks in Atlanta.

Elba, 47, was dressed in a black t-shirt and black jeans tucked into black lace-up boots.
He added a black hooded jacket and wore a white knit beanie.
Elba posed up a storm for the cameras with actor and model Tyrese Gibson, 40, who sat next to him.

While Cats is his next release and he’s currently filming The Suicide Squad reboot with director James Gunn, Elba continues to at the center of rumors about who is going to replace Daniel Craig as the next James Bond.
Former Bond star Judi Dench, who is also in cats, has been spilling the beans about teasing Elba about the possibility of having a license to kill.
On the UK’s Graham Norton show, Dench, 85, said: ‘I knew he was up for it and in Cats I had the line to him ‘You’ll never get to Heaviside Layer’ but, during rehearsals, I said, ‘you’ll never get to MI6′.’
‘But I think he might,’ she added cryptically.
Dench starred as M in seven Bond films, four with Pierce Brosnan as 007 and three with Craig.
