VGMA 24 reigning gospel artist of the year, Piesie Esther, has debunked rumors of been at loggerheads with some gospel artists.
According to the singer, she has a cordial relationship with her colleagues in the music industry.
She made these known during an interview with Property FM’s Amansan Krakye.
Talking about her ‘W’aye Me Yie’ All Stars Rendition, Piesie explained why she chose to feature Ohema Mercy, Celestine Donkor, MOG Music, Joyce Blessing, Kofi Peprah, Ceccy Twum and Obaapa Christy.
“I know we have a lot of gospel musicians in Ghana but it’s impossible for us to collaborate with everyone on the rendition.”

She also disclosed, she almost featured some international artist on her ‘W’aye Me Yie’ remix but their schedules did not permit them to be available for the project.
“We even wanted to feature international artists on the all-star rendition at least two, but their timing delayed us.”
