Ghana’s high jumper, Rose Yeboah, did not advance to the final of the women’s high jump at the Olympic Games on Friday.
Despite her efforts, the 22-year-old was unable to clear the bar at 1.92m on her third attempt.
Ms Yeboah, a two-time African champion, successfully cleared the heights of 1.83m and 1.88m on her second and third attempts, respectively.
However, she fell short of clearing the 1.92m mark, which is below her personal best of 1.97m.
This marked the end of her journey at her first Olympic Games
