The General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Justin Kodua Frimpong, has called on party agents across the country to maintain heightened vigilance as the electoral process enters its critical final phase.
Speaking at a press conference held at the NPP headquarters, Kodua Frimpong praised the dedication and efforts of the party’s agents while emphasizing the importance of safeguarding the integrity of the ongoing elections.
In his remarks, Kodua Frimpong lauded the resilience of the NPP’s agents and volunteers, describing their role as pivotal in ensuring a transparent and fair electoral process.
He also reminded them of their duty to remain alert until the results are fully collated and verified, urging them not to let their guard down even as voting nears its conclusion.
“I want to urge our agents to be vigilant at this closing stage,” he emphasized. “It is at this point that our focus and dedication are most needed. I encourage all our agents to remain at their respective polling stations, monitor every activity carefully, and report any suspicious or irregular incidents immediately. This is not just about protecting our party’s interests but about upholding the sanctity of our democracy.”
Kodua Frimpong also extended his appeal to eligible voters who had not yet cast their ballots.
“I want to take this opportunity to urge anyone who is yet to vote to make their way to their polling station before the closing of polls. Every vote matters, and every vote counts. This is your chance to contribute to the future of our country,” he added.
