The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) is investigating Dr. Mustapha Abdul-Hamid, Chief Executive of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) over corruption charges.
A private citizen, Elikem Kotoku has petitioned the Office of the Special Prosecutor to investigate alleged procurement breaches at the National Petroleum Authority (NPA).
Kotoku argues the NPA did not follow laid down procedure in the renewal of a contract between the authority and Nationwide Technology Limited under the National Fuel Marking Scheme.
This comes as part of a broader investigation into high-profile figures and institutions.
