The early morning rains on Tuesday 5th July 2022, has seen parts of Accra, submerge in waters.
Judging from videos sent via the hashtag #AccraFloods, many are wondering why the capital Floods each time the rains come down.
Reports are that, the floods are impeding human and vehicular movements, creating a lot of conjetions in the affected areas.
Some of the areas heavily impacted include:
a. Kaneshie First Light
b. Fiesta Royal Junction
. Kwame Nkrumah Circle
d. Area around Ecobank Headquarters at Ridge
e. Accra – Nsawam road stretch
f. 37 – Tetteh Quarshie stretch
