Diddy‘s girlfriend, Yung Miami, was every inch the proud partner as she surprised the music mogul with three cakes to celebrate him being honored at the 2023 MTV VMAs on Tuesday evening.The 53-year-old rapper received the Global Icon Award at the star-studded event, and his on-off girlfriend was on hand to shower him with praise for the monumental achievement.City Girls star Yung Miami – real name Careesha Romeka Brownlee – was dressed to impress in a busty red bodysuit as the smiling 29-year-old made her way to her partner’s trailer with a cake in hand.The musician was hard to miss in her eye-catching ensemble, which she debuted on stage during Diddy’s career-spanning medley performance.

The Act Up hitmaker styled the PVC bodysuit with matching red boots and long red locks as she walked alongside two other people carrying cakes over to Diddy.Other exclusive images obtained by DailyMail.com showcase a shirtless Diddy in high spirits outside his trailer, as he spent time speaking with his girlfriend.The musician could also be seen celebrating his big night with his son Justin Dior Combs, 29 – who attended in support but was not seen onstage.The entire evening had very much been a family affair for the rap star – real name Sean Combs – as he was joined by his girlfriend, and several of his children, on the MTV stage.His electric performance saw son, King (real name Christina Combs), 25, as well as his 16-year-old twins Jessie and D’Lila, help him power through a medley of hits including I’ll Be Missing You and All About the Benjamins.During the Notorious B.I.G. tribute song, his twin daughters had joined him onstage to do the viral TikTok dance to I’ll Be Missing You.He also performed Bad Boy for Life as well as Gotta Move On with Yung Miami and Last Night with singer Keyshia Cole.The rapper also gave an exciting rendition of Mo Money Mo Problems with his son King performing for Mase. Blige, then presented him with the Global Icon Award.While accepting the award, he was once again joined by his children as he gave his moving speech.The record producer — who gave back to the artists on his Bad Boy Records label by returning their lucrative publishing rights — began: ‘This is so surreal’.According to the network, the honor was awarded to him in recognition of his ‘unparalleled career and continued influence that has achieved unrivaled global success in music and beyond’.

Yung Miami thrilled fans when she graced the stage with Diddy during his medley performance The City Girls star took to the stage to perform the track, Gotta Move On, with her partner of over two years The rapper also performed Mo Money Mo Problems –  with his son King (real name Christian Combs), 25, performing  in place of MaseHe then thanked his fans for ‘giving me my flowers and celebrating me’ as well as God, his ‘secret weapon’.He then recalled that as a young kid he first dreamed of being a professional athlete before facing a career-ending injury.Afterwards, he explained that he discovered his passion for music.Since then, he said he dreamed about standing up on stage and making it on MTV after he decided he wanted to work in entertainment.
