‘Koti’ hitmaker Ayesem has revealed that songstress Sista Afia has failed to appreciate him for the songs he has written for her.
According to him, he wrote the songstress’ diss track to female rapper, Freda Rhymes, ‘You Got Nerves’ and five other songs but never got acknowledged.
He disclosed that he wrote other songs like, ‘Slay Queen’, ‘Corner Corner’ in which she featured Kelvyn Boy, ‘Asuoden’ and ‘Paper’ in which she featured Nigerian singer, Victor AD.
‘You Got Nerves’, a diss track he wrote for the songstress got him in ‘trouble’ as many believed he had wanted to go at rapper Medikal indirectly.
In an interview with KMJ, Ayesem indicated that the songstress has failed to call him on phone to render any form of appreciation.
He said his admiration for the songstress has compelled him to write more songs for her but scared his works may go unappreciated.
“I decided not to talk about this whole thing because I felt she was a sister,” said Ayesem. “I like Sista Afia because of her voice. She is powerful when it comes to singing. I liked her from day one so I just wanted to support her,” he said.
